Once the property is live on the MLS, you’ll field showing requests, perhaps hold open houses (if desired), and answer potential buyers’ questions. Under our Realtor Assist options we can also help with pricing and marketing questions.
3. Accept An Offer
You receive an offer! Now it's time to review, negotiate, and accept or counter offer. We provide you with all needed documents. With our Realtor Assist Clients we are to here to assist with negotiating including the reviewing, advising and preparing of offers, addenda, counter offers, etc.
4. Close & Save Money!
Closing time at your local title/escrow company. Congratulations you have sold your property and saved thousands of dollars! For our Realtor Assist clients we have provided support and follow-up all the way through this process.
