What a great choice we made in choosing Lowe's Flat Fee Services to sell our home. Both my husband and I have real estate backgrounds but it's been several years since our last transaction so a bit rusty. We felt confident that we could negotiate any offers but we knew we needed the Multiple Listing Service to expose the property to as many potential buyers as possible. If the Seller is willing to put in the time to write the MLS listing, with Roger’s assistance, and do the scheduling for the showings with Buyer Agents, it’s WELL worth the time and effort. Roger was extremely responsive to all our questions, via text, email and phone. He gave us great insight on what to focus on in the listing. We did hire a professional photographer for $150 because of the clarity and her knowledge of  how to capture the best features of ea room.  The Lowe’s sign post is also very professional.

In 2 days we had 36 showings and after 4 days Roger had received 16 offers.  He then presented those offers to us and helped us review the many contingencies and options so we could make the best decision for our needs. Roger’s flat fee is so reasonable and because WE got to select the fee we would offer the Buyer Agents, we were able to save $22,000 in real estate commissions.

Roger is knowledgeable, conscientious, understanding, tactful, diplomatic and pleasant to work with in our experience.  In our case, whether situations were easy, difficult, or stressful in selling and various areas related to the whole process, Roger went the whole distance with us and good attitude.   And I liked his sense of humor.  Since my hearing disability only allows me to communicate by text or e mail (for the most part), though that is trying at times, Roger was very responsive and patient.  We bought the higher level plan offered by Lowe's services.  The only real issues we had were not understanding some of the details of what our part was and what Lowe's part was at times under the program and in selling. However, if we had been used to Real Estate areas in selling, I'm sure we would have understood more.  Roger was available for any questions always.   We would use their services again.  Thank you Roger.

We've sold two homes through Roger Lowe's Flat Fee service. Both homes were our primary residence. It is so nice to be able to set our own showing times and talk directly with buyers or their agents. The first time our buyer had their own realtor the second we worked directly with the buyer. The buyers realtors can be really aggressive so I would suggest reading up on how for-sale-by-owners can negotiate. Give a little leeway on your price, but know that the buyer will continue to talk you down until you stop negotiating and let an offer expire. Then they'll come back and accept a previous counter offer if they are seriously interested. Also know or sign up for premium service to get advice on closing cost negotiations. With Lowe's we could take our time to get the right offer without the pressure of a sellers agent pushing us to take an offer that was too low just so they could get their commission. We had plenty of interested buyers and it was nice that our private information wasn't listed publicly. Roger was prompt in sending us referrals and making counter-offer documents ready for review. I recommend Lowe's Realty whenever I hear of someone selling a home especially for those who've been through the house selling process before. It's a great way to market your home and you really can't beat the value.

We were a For Sale by Owner to save realty commissions, but wanted to be listed on the MLS and other realtor sites to get the exposure.  Roger listed our land,  it sold, saving us over $9k.  Roger was very responsive throughout the entire process.  We will use his service again when we list our home.

Roger really delivered in so many ways for us in selling our home. He steered us through some complicated real estate dealings and was a calm voice with advice that was right on.
